Work on Indian Corona Vaccine Covaxin is going on at full speed. The final phase of this corona medicine of India. The first phase of its human trials is going on. And after this first round of the first phase, now the good news is that no side effects have been revealed after giving the first dose of Covaxin to the first group of volunteers at PGI, Rohtak in Haryana on Friday, 17th July.

Giving information about this, the Haryana Health Minister said that the acceptance of vaccine has been seen in the bodies of all the three volunteers. No side effects have been revealed on the body of these three. Phase one trial is currently underway in which healthy volunteers between the ages of 18 and 55 will be given two doses of the vaccine.

The first dose of the first phase has been given, now the second dose is to be given on the 14th day. This study is to be done on one 1025 volunteers. Out of these, 375 volunteers are included in the first phase and 750 will join the second phase. There will be a ratio of 4: 1 in the middle of this test. Understand this, that if 4 patients are given vaccine, then only one will be pretended to be given – which is called placebo in the language of psychology.

The trial of this indigenous Indian Corona vaccine is going on in 14 research institutes located in different cities of the country including Delhi, Rohtak, Hyderabad, Visakhapatnam, Patna, Kanpur, Gorakhpur, Bhubaneswar, Chennai and Goa. Trial has started from Patna AIIMS four days ago. The first phase of the trial is the phase of ‘Safety and Screening’.
