Constitution was there.
Secularism was there.
Police was there.
Army was there.
J&K High Court was there.
Supreme Court was there.

Yet, #kashmiripandits had to flee.

Quite obviously the whole system was sleeping. Sad to see that SC did not have a spark of humanity when it refused to hear the case of KPs . SC deserves to be disbanded just for this single glaring civilizational failure.

The Supreme Court was on "ostrich with head burried in the sand mode" with regards to Kashmiri Pandits. The rest of the facilities ie Constitution, Secularism, Police, Army are not available to Hindus whose tax money runs this country.
