The collaboration between NHAI and AETPL resulted in a concession agreement in 2015. This agreement covers the construction, operation, and maintenance of the Agra Etawah Bypass NH 2 Project for a duration of 24 years. During this period, the concessionaire is authorized to collect user fees from drivers.
