Osama's colleagues have described his death as a great loss. He said that the government has not provided any security equipment to the doctors and other paramedical staff posted for their screening at the isolation center of the patient devotees.

A few days before his death, a video of Dr. Osama appeared in which he was seen saying what needs to be done for the isolated patients. In this video he was seen in a simple mask.
