British car company MG Motor is going to launch its Hector Plus in India tomorrow afternoon. The company has informed that the car will be launched on July 13 at 12:30 pm. This multi purpose vehicle is being launched with many new features. The company has already started bookings of this car. The price of the car is expected to be above 16 lakhs. It will compete with Toyota Innova Crysta, Mahindra XUV500 and Tata’s upcoming Gravitas.

The car will be 5 plus 1 seater. Also, its exterior has not been significantly changed compared to the standard model. However, there will be slight changes in the next and previous parts. Along with this, connected car technology, 10.4 inch infotainment system, Sun Roof are the same as its standard model. For safety, features such as 6 airbags, ABS technology, parking sensors, 360 degree camera and electronic control are provided.The Hector Plus can be available in three engine capacities, including 1.5-liter petrol, 1.5-liter hybrid and 2-liter diesel engines. The petrol model will have a dual clutch automatic transmission, while the petrol and hybrid Hector Plus will have a 6-speed manual transmission. An electric motor has also been used in the hybrid. Two vehicles will help in better performance.

For the convenience of passengers, the power adjustable co-driver seat, 2 point seat belt has been provided in Hector Plus. At the same time, the Smart features include overspit alerts, free over the air updates, preloaded entertainment content, online voice recognition system, smart drive information, geo fences and weather information.
